"As the 2005-2006 President of the Arizona State Dental Hygiene Association I commissioned Raquel Bell to design our new website. She totally amazed us with how fast she picked up on what we wanted. I do not think we were her easiest clients but she came through fantastically. Sometimes we were somewhat vague as to what we needed or wanted and she exceeded our expectations by coming up with something far better than what we had envisioned.
