Give & Take Community Services is a 501c3 non-profit corporation serving central Ohio communities through numerous services and ministries. (listed below) Our programs are fully funded by donations and income from the G&T Thrift Store located in West Mansfield OH.

With vision, passion, support, and old fashioned hard work there is no limit to what we can do as an organization. We have a vision for ministry that will one day, and soon, be global in it’s reach. However our top priority will always be the local community.


Chet Hartley planted a seed in the fertile soil of the hearts of people like you and I, who have worked hard to grow a ministry that today produces obvious fruits of love and effort. Hundreds of lives are already being enriched every month. Clothing is provided for the less fortunate. Food is given by the boxful for the hungry. Assistance has helped some keep their homes warm. Countless families have saved a lot of money on clothing and household items made available at deep discounts.


If you’ve ever been in need, then you know what it is like to find a giving hand. Give when you can, take if you must, but remember it is more blessed to give than receive.
